Aura: A Mixed Media Portraiture Series

In the series Aura, I blended photography with various art mediums to express how I see my friends and family. By incorporating mixed media, I aimed to move beyond the viewer's typical expectations of photography and tell a more personal, layered story. I explored various techniques, including acrylic and dot painting, pour art, watercolor, spin art, and collage. The process was playful and freeing. It reminded me that art has no rules, no boundaries, and belongs to everyone.
